Vision to Dream
The question for each man to settle is not what he would do if he had means, time, influence and educational advantages; the question is what he will do with the things he has.
The moment a young man ceases to dream or to bemoan his lack of opportunities and resolutely looks his conditions in the face, and resolves to change them, he lays the corner-stone of a solid and honorable success!
The world today has many people looking into the abyss and wondering about the future economic situation will mean to them & their family!
I want to share this thought with you and hope that you listen with an open mind so you may grasp the point of the lesson I am sharing. Many so called Entrepreneur's (Work from Home - Network Marketing Gurus) today start with the best intentions of helping the people that join them in the business venture they are part of...but they do not have their "WHY" and thus they fall short of inspiration to stay motivated enough to help others.
Now, this is a major problem because then you have the people under your direction lost and confused about the future again your TEAM becomes damaged! Take time to educate yourself before you try to lead others! Learn from your mentors the tools for success and then with a firm foundation pass it on to the others!
Remember - People follow People not a product! You have to be willing to help others to maintain your creditability as the leader you portray! Once you have lost it...it is hard to get it back!!! Plus...your actions thus hurt the business as a group...because word of mouth travels as fast as a bullet!
